A videoshoot can last up to 2 hour. We ask that your house is picture-ready by 8:00 AM the day of the scheduled appointment.

You’ll receive your film within 1 week of the shoot!

Once you’re connected with a film crew, you will receive an email introducing you to your videographers and inviting you to schedule your cinematic home tour. After the shoot, your film will be enhanced to make sure everything looks just right.

Our team will work closely with you to ensure that every room and unique feature of your home is captured to perfection. Whether it's showcasing the natural light streaming through windows or highlighting the intricate details of your decor, we'll make sure no aspect goes unnoticed. If there are specific areas of your property that you would like to emphasize, simply let us know and we'll make sure to capture those as well

It depends on the location of the property and the distance from our base of operations. If the property is located within a 50 miles radius of Dallas, there will be no additional travel fee. If the property is located outside of this radius, we charge a travel fee of $50 to cover the cost of transportation.
